Author: |
| Lieut. Joseph spent 33 yrs. with
the Rochester, New York Police Department and recently retired as a Lt.
He taught interview and interrogation all across the US for the past 20 years.
He is also a certified instructor in several States and for Monroe
Community College and an instructor evaluator. He taught for the college for
the past 18 yrs. and teachs all law enforcement people including parole,
probation, latterals, recruits, medical examiners, school personnel, and
security guards. |
