Agreement
Take a few minutes to read our membership agreement before you fill out our online Booster Program application. If you agree with the terms of the agreement select the "Complete Booster Program Application" link at the bottom of the page.
| 1. | Membership in
Program In order to join the program you complete our online application form and provide us with a little information about your book. Not all applications are approved. We reserve the right to decline applications for any reason. |
| 2. | Selected by Title A new application must be submitted for each title you wish to have listed in the Booster Program. |
| 3. | Orders |
| Once you receive our order, you send your books
to our distribution centre. You pay the shipping costs. |

| 4. | Shipping |
| All books must be shipped in a manner that
reduces their chance of damage. |
|
| 5. | Damage to Books |
| We reserve the right to reject any book that
arrives in a damaged condition. We will contact you via e-mail to advise you
that one or more of your books as been damage during the shipping process. You can
then give us direction as to what to do with the damaged book(s). If you elect to
have it returned to you, you pay the shipping costs. If we do not receive directions
from you within 5 days of sending you the e-mail notice we reserve the right to dispose of
the book in a manner we see fit. |

| 6. | Monthly Payments |
| We will send you payment for each book sold
during any given month at the end of the next month. Which means if we sell a number
of your books in January, we will send payment to you for those books by the last day of
February. US members will receive payments in US funds and Canadian members will
receive payment in Canadian funds. |

| 7. | Prices |
| We reserve the right to set the price of each
book listed in our bookstore. |
|
| 8. | Customer Returns |
| We retain ownship of any books that are returned
by our customers and reserve the right to fill orders from returned books before we order
more. |

| 9. | Customer Information |
| Customers who purchase books from us are
considered customers of Beat Press and their confidentiallity will be maintained by us. |

| 10. | Modification of Agreement |
| We may modify any of the terms and conditions
contained in this Agreement or all or any portion of "How it
Works" at any time and at our discretion by giving you notice of the change. If
any amendment is unacceptable to you, you may terminate this agreement. Your failure to do
so within five (5) days of our delivery of such notice will constitute acceptance of
the amendment. |
